English lenguage

Today, finally, I will speak English.

I think it is not a difficult language, however it is difficult for me to pronounce your words. I like many words and expressions in English, for example, OH MY GOD (omg), really ?, nice, etcetera.

When I travel to an English speaking country I hope to improve my pronunciation and learn many words and cultural expressions. I think I need a lot of vocabulary knowledge yet.

Meanwhile, I hope that listening to music and watching movies in English will help me a little. Maybe taking an online course will also be useful. The important thing is not to give up! I know that the limits are in my head, I just need to practice and practice and practice, again, again and again. Never stop trying and learning.

    I think the part of visit another country (english speaking country) give the posibilitue to know in a better way

    If you have trouble with pronunciation I think it´s okay, it could even be a way of resistance against the imperialism of english language :)

Cristóbal Ortiz Vilches, A.K.A. Tobal, is a (not so) young sociology student at the University of Chile. He is a product of the public education of the bicentennial schools, therefore, he shares some values ​​of the public education that aspires to excellence: effort, dedication and also, although I try to change it, the competitiveness. Essay 1: about technology

Since the industrial revolution, the technological advances are increasing without limit. Today, the technology is present in almost all life spheres. They are different opinions about the effects of the technological advances in the life of the people. They are someone who think that advances are bad for some people, but I propose that technological advances make life better for everyone because the technology makes the process of the life more efficient. In the next lines, I would explore the dimensions of that.  In first place, the technological advances make easier the domestic work, save on time and physical effort.
