Essay 1: about technology

Since the industrial revolution, the technological advances are increasing without limit. Today, the technology is present in almost all life spheres. They are different opinions about the effects of the technological advances in the life of the people. They are someone who think that advances are bad for some people, but I propose that technological advances make life better for everyone because the technology makes the process of the life more efficient. In the next lines, I would explore the dimensions of that.

 In first place, the technological advances make easier the domestic work, save on time and physical effort. For example, the washing machine permit clean the clothes of all family with only a power button. In other times, washing clothes was a longer process, that demanded that the women of the families had to brush and rinse the clothes manually.

Next, the technological advances make easier the instant communication. That permit that all the people can talk and write to they friends and family. Also, make easier the work on distance. For example, If I go to travel to Europe, I can talk with mi parents for video call, and send pictures or videos about the places who I met.

To conclude, I think that the technological advances make life better for everyone but is a reality that not everyone has access to technological advances, so the challenge is that the everyone can to benefit of the technology, doing they life better.

Post 1: Biodata

Cristóbal Ortiz Vilches, A.K.A. Tobal, is a (not so) young sociology student at the University of Chile. He is a product of the public education of the bicentennial schools, therefore, he shares some values ​​of the public education that aspires to excellence: effort, dedication and also, although I try to change it, the competitiveness. Here he was president of the course twice, where he developed leadership and, at the same time, hatred for leadership. In this place he met great friends, with them he tried two music ventures: rap and cumbia, however both failed. In 2014, he entered his first university degree, commercial engineering.
